that’s a kind of blow your mind question for a sunday afternoon! Personally I don’t think so…..BUT as scientists we are taught to rule things out only when you’ve got enough evidence. And the thing you need to be careful about is that things change…..lots of things we take for granted these days like air travel and mobile phones and well online things like I’m a Scientist would have seemed unbelievable to scientists from history like Newton and Einstein so I think its really important we are not so arrogant that we think what we know now is all there is.
