Question: why is lava bright orange ?
colour, lava, orange
Asked by chlochlobiebs1611 to James on 19 Nov 2013.
answered on 19 Nov 2013:
Lava is sometimes orange because it is so hot (around 1000 degrees C!). When it cools down a bit it starts to look darker until it solidifies completely.
