• Question: why was the women chosen to carry a baby and breast feed

      Wow that is a difficult question cakeey!

      I don’t think the woman was specifically ‘chosen’, I think it was simply a result of evolution and it ended up that the female of the species has the anatomy (ie. the uterus, vagina etc.), to support the growth of the baby and undergo child birth. Also, the hormones (chemical signals) produced during pregnancy cause the breasts to produce milk which is needed to help the development of the baby after birth (the milk contains lots of nutrients needed for growth and also contains proteins called antibodies which help the baby’s immune system develop).
